Pimping/Motivational Post: Low-Key Summer Fic Exchange
Poor LJ seems to be turning into an ever-vaster wasteland these days in terms of actual fannish stuff, but there are still some interesting writing opportunities to take advantage of if you scour the corners enough.
Case in point is
fluffyfrolicker's Low-Key Summer Fic Exchange. The idea is to leave at least 3 fic prompts and offer to write in at least 3 fandoms/pairings, plus you get to leave a "wild card" set of prompts in your own journal for off-the-wall pairings/crossovers/etc.
1000 words in a month sounds like something I could actually find time to do right now...does anyone want to succumb to my peer pressure and sign up with me??
