Every word here is written by me, a genuine human. If you read something great here, that was me, if you find lots of errors, well I’m wholly responsible for those too.

I take great pride in my ability to write, and I take great offense at AI companies stealing the work of people in order to fill our world with garbage, all while making billions.

And as Emeth is about Freemasonry, it goes even further than that.

The true secrets of Freemasonry are not secret because they aren’t told, they are secret because they can’t be told. Freemasonry must be experienced in order to be properly understood. A computer can’t experience our Ancient Craft, and as such can not understand our Craft, no matter how prettily it might be able to string words together.

When an idea about Freemasonry comes to me, I jot it down on an index card with a space pen. (OK, so that’s not entirely correct. That’s what I hope to do. More often than not, I jot it down on an odd receipt or something with whatever pen I can beg to borrow from whomever I’m with.) Then at some point in the future, I go through these notes, kick back in my big easy chair and start writing. Just me, my notes, and my Chromebook, typing away.
