EMDB 2.19
EMDB is a handy utility to keep track of your movie collection
Program info
No real movie aficionado will get enough satisfaction from just creating movie lists on IMDB. True fans like dealing with true collections, and EMDB is a great tool for such purpose. It enables movie fans to create movie catalogs in an easy and enjoyable manner.
The thing I like the most about this handy tool is the fact that it allows creating truly good-looking movie catalogs. While other similar film organizing tools can only create plain text, dull-looking movie databases, the movie catalogs created with EMDB come with a lot of data about every film, images (thumbnails), a neat rating system, and an overall more colorful and appealing look.
EMDB is a comprehensive and feature-rich tool that comes with plenty of handy functions, features, options and built-in utilities. For example, it allows you to organize and track not only the movies that you watched, but also those that you own, loan, or even wish to watch in the future.
EMDB, which stands for Eric's Movie Database, is also very easy-to-use despite being packed with plenty of advanced features and options. Its interface is neat and straightforward, so even beginners can use this cool tool without any problem. Since it can automatically retrieve all the data needed for a movie from the acknowledged IMDB (Internet Movie Database) website, including thumbnails and ratings, it makes adding movies to a database a very fast and simple job. You can only state a movie’s title and the rest of the data will be quickly imported from IMDB. EMDB can also filter and sort the movie entries by various criteria, or export the entire database to various formats (publishing it to an online website is also possible).
To sum it all up, EMDB is my favorite movie catalog creating tool for plenty of right arguments. I can only recommend it with all my heart, especially since it’s offered completely for free.
