friends cut!
I just did a friends cut which I've been meaning to do ages ago because I like to keep my flist under 100. If you can't see this entry, you've been cut.
Mostly, I cut you if I looked at your name and I was like "I don't know who this person is," mostly because we've never interacted at all. It's not really about number of comments per se, but if I literally have no idea who you are cause we never talk/you never post (usually it's a combination of the two), then that's why I cut you.
