How does the free trial work?
You can create an account without a credit card and use all features free for 30 days. Near the end of your trial, you'll receive a reminder. If you want to continue, enter payment details during the trial period. You won't be billed until after the 30-day trial ends. -
How is a user defined for pricing purposes?
A user is defined as an individual who benefits from the service. There's no charge for aliases and distribution groups when correctly configured. Pricing is based on the total number of users across all domains in your account. -
Will there be downtime during setup?
The onboarding process can be completed with no downtime. After creating an account and adding your domain, you'll receive instructions for MX record changes. During the transition period (minutes to hours depending on TTL settings), mail will be delivered with some going through MXGuardian and some directly to your mail server. -
What is the cancellation policy?
There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time by logging into your account and clicking 'Cancel my account' on the Billing page. Before canceling, ensure your MX records are no longer pointing to MXGuardian servers. -
Is there a reseller program available?
Yes, MSPs and hosting providers can apply for a white-label reseller program that offers special discounts and the ability to brand the control panel with their company name and logo. There's no cost to apply for the reseller program.
