FAQs

  • How are deliveries counted in MagicBell?
Deliveries are counted by adding up all channels a user receives a notification on. For example, if a notification is sent to 100 users who all receive it in-app, but only 50 receive an email, that counts as 150 deliveries.
  • What happens when I reach my delivery limit?
Once you hit your plan's included delivery limit, each additional delivery will be charged per use for the rest of the month. You can track deliveries on your Metrics page and view estimated charges on your Billing page.
