Pricing questions

A task is any item you create in dypt, including subtasks at any level of your hierarchy. Completed tasks count towards your total, but deleted tasks do not.

AI actions are uses of dypt's built-in AI features — for example, breaking down tasks into subtasks, generating time estimates, creating tasks from an image, cleaning up notes, and extracting tasks from notes. Each use consumes one AI action. Your actions reset at the start of each billing month.

Both Pro and VIP include private sharing and daily reports. VIP gives you significantly more capacity: 25,000 tasks (vs 5,000), 500 AI actions per month (vs 200), and you can collaborate with up to 20 people (vs 5). VIP is ideal if you manage a large number of tasks or work with a bigger team.

When you reach your plan's task limit, you'll need to delete tasks you no longer need or upgrade to a higher plan to create more. Your existing tasks remain fully accessible and you can still complete, edit, and delete them.

Private sharing lets you invite other people to view and collaborate on your tasks. Starter includes private sharing with 1 person per task. Pro lets you share privately with up to 5 people, and VIP with up to 20. Sharing limits are per task, and the people you share with don't need a paid plan.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the customer portal. When upgrading, your new features are available immediately. When downgrading, your current features remain active until the end of your billing period. If you have more tasks than your new plan allows, you'll keep access to all of them but won't be able to create new ones until you're below the limit.

Your tasks are never deleted. If you cancel your subscription, you'll move to the Starter plan at the end of your billing period. You'll retain full access to all existing tasks. You can also export your tasks at any time if you want to take them elsewhere, and import them back whenever you like.
