Docupilot's pricing is based on the number of generated documents delivered each month. Each document you generate and deliver counts toward your monthly limit. For example, generating and sending an invoice counts as one delivered document. eSignature functionality is available as an add-on based on the number of eSignature envelopes you send. -
What happens when I hit my usage limits?
Docupilot will notify you when you consume 80%, 90%, and 100% of your credits. Once you reach 100% of your limit, you will not be able to generate additional documents. You can upgrade to a higher plan to continue generating documents. -
Can I upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a plan?
Yes, you can freely upgrade or downgrade your plan. Upgrades are pro-rated based on the credits used in your current plan. You can manage your subscription through the platform's subscription management features. -
Do you offer invoice-based billing?
