Requested Tutorial

unspell. She requested a tutorial for this, but since I didn't save the .psp file I had to recreate it. I don't remember it being this complicated to make, but this is all I could come up to get a similiar look.
I use PSP8, but this is translateable.
Image Heavy.
Not that beginner friendly (21 STEPS!).
*Just so there's no confusion, in my previews it's always *LAST STEP* >> *CURRENT STEP*. (except if there's a color fill layer). This is what makes it Image Heavy. If it confuses people, just let me know and I'll keep them out of my future tutorials.
