Here at Elite Performance Center, we specialize in small group exercises classes. Unlike large group fitness class formats, we limit our classes to 10 participants. Our goal is to give you the individualization of a personal training session, without the high cost. Elite Performance Center is Seattle s only gym that works in conjunction with our sports chiropractors, certified strength trainers, and ATC s. Our goal is to provide safe and effective strength training and exercise for all skill levels to keep you doing what you love to do! We offer a diverse mix of classes including Kettlebell, TRX, Bootcamp, Tabata, High Intensity Interval Training, Animal Flow, and POUND, taught by the top instructors in the Puget Sound region.
