I hate letting agents

Letting agents for a flat we like want to charge us £100 each, + vat for the paperwork and credit checks. Even if we end up not getting the place in the end we'd still have to pay.

ARGH!

And we really like this place :'(

So is quite annoying.

And all perfectly legal (though EVIL) on their part.
