Have a rhomboid muscle strain. Will ice every 2-3 hours for 20ish mins for 3 days. Am hoping it will at least make the swelling go down.

I hate being crook. Anyone who AIMs me will have to put up with slow one-handed typing. Any tips on speedy recovery gratefully received...cept if you're gonna say 'stay off work', cos that isn't gonna happen.
