So our buyer has the surveyor for their mortgage co coming around on Weds - this is the scariest bit, tbh, because our surveyor set the price at a ridiculously large amount, and this surveyor has to tell the bank that's gonna lend to our buyer that it is really worth that much...
Once this final hurdle has been hurdled we're in the hands of solicitors for the foreseeable future.
We have, however, found a sofa we quite like for the new place :D
10 week lead time, though, so we'll be sitting on the floor for a while, if we give our current sofa to our buyer...which we've offered to do, because it doesn't really suit the new place!
