moving on up.
Well, just in case you missed it, Jojo and I finally got the keys to our new flat on Wednesday night :)
We moved in with a couple of bags of clothes, a pizza and a mattress.
Now I've buggered the bathroom lightswitch, and painted paint testers on two walls...bought cans of paint, had a slight crisis about the colour of one of them...but I think it'll be okay.
I can honestly say I love it. It'd been so long since we looked around the place I was worried! I love having a lounge/kitchen/diner, like I always wanted. Means we can both cook and talk and you don;t feel like you're off on a limb. It's wee, but it's nice :)
We've picked out a sofa and wardrobe. We're getting there!
Actually have to move some stuff in soon. Slight problem is that we can't find the fixings for the bookshelves, which we really want to build soon! Can't remember where they went...been too long since we packed the boxes!
