Jojo is...going back to work!!
It's very odd, but last week, Jojo went to work for three days. Might not seem like much, but he's been off sick for 6 months now!
And he's feeling a lot better, so he's easing back into work.
his firm amazed us, by agreeing that however many hours his doctor recommended he do, they would honour. So his doc said no more than 4 hours per day... And his firm have managed to be pretty much as wankerish as posisble, in return.
Jojo will work 7pm-11pm, Tues-Thurs. Bear in mind I leave for work at half five in the morning, and don't get home until half seven. Yup, Jojo and I will see each other from about Midnight until about half five, and that's IT, between Monday night and Friday night. THANKS.
But, Jojo, being utterly sweet, reassured me, when I realised this would mean I'd BE ON MY OWN FOR THREE EVENINGS, that he would either cook something and leave it for me, or work out ideas I could make for myself. Now, I hasten to add, I am capable of feeding myself, I'm just very, very bad at it. As in, I'll eat curry, or I wont bother. Frequently the latter. He cooks and makes sure we eat at a reasonably hour (this has been negotiated between us, as he grew up eating his evening meal at about 6pm, I grew up eating mine nearer 10pm. We eat at roughly 8 now. I lapse, badly, when not regulated.) Isn't he amazing?
