Girly TMI!!??

for the first time in my adult life...eeep!! I'm going to come off hormones. (I hope). Yup, been on the Pill since I was 17. At the ripe old age of 29 I've just asked to have a coil (IUD)...

Well, I've got to go for a smear anyway, so i figured, whilst they were down there, they should do me the checks required for having it fitted, and we could have a chat. So yup, bring on the copper/silver/plastic. Goodbye to artificial hormones.

I might go mad. I might kill Jojo. I might cry at work. I might break out in spots. My boobs might fall off (I hope not). I might grown another head.

I'm halfway between excited and absolutely shitting myself.

The only person I know who has one (that I know about) got pregnant whilst it was in! I'm hoping that she's the 1%, so I'll be the 99% XD logical, right??

I've read some horror stories, which of course helped loads >_<
