pfffffffffff

I've done something to my shoulder. I was carrying in 10 metres of 70x70 box this afternoon on my left shoulder and I could feel it giving some it started to sag - went really crunchy and odd feeling.

Since then every time I move it make horrific crunching sounds and stuff grates around in it there's like a little thread of weakness and pain down my arm. But doesn't really hurt, y'know? And it's got mad involuntary twitches going on too! It hurts to push or press down with my left hand and to lower my arm from above my head (it's fine getting it up there though!) When I say it doens't hurt, I am drugged up for my back anyway. Got no idea if it would hurt if I weren't on the happypills.

I'm assuming I'll wake up fine in the morning though :)

Jojo, honey-sweety-pie, I might be on site tomorrow...can John lock up? Or shall I call you when I know if I'm in or out? It's only down Shoreham Beach, if I am out and about - with the crazy folks who had the full on domestic last time we were there!

Must go start prepping this dinner...
