ANYONE who paid Creation on credit/debit cards for the London Con, BEWARE. They're trying it on that although we paid in pounds, they then converted the amount to dollars, and then back to pounds, and somewhere in the middle they've hiked the price. It isn't a lot of money, but it is FRAUD. They're trying to wriggle out of it with me, so I've told them that I've informed my bank, and if they don't act swiftly I shall report them to the police (both of which are true).
IF YOU'VE SIGNED FOR AN AMOUNT IN POUNDS STERLING AND THEY HAVE TAKEN A LARGER AMOUNT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG. Make sure you have your receipts and send them/copy them to your bank.
Tell your banks, tell your friends, tell Creation that you won't stand for it, and if I do end up reporting them to the police, then you're all welcome to join me in my complaint.
