Have just spent the day with Dominic Keating and Connor Trinneer - absolutely lovely. And Patrick Stewart, who spoke very very well in his panel, and was very interesting.
Creation Conventions or whatever their name is clearly couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, but despite them we had a lot of fun.
Made far far more fun by Dominic, on his way out of the hotel/leaving the con came and had lunch and a drink with us. He was very pleasant and we had a good old chat. (His creation minders were trying to usher him into a taxi, but he escaped them saying "I must just say goodbye to my friends" Ha, that teaches you sucky creation people. They looked a bit shocked and didn't know what to do, but clearly they couldn't exactly stop him!)
Made me feel better about having missed him joining the other girls for a drink the night before, when I wasn't there. But they must tell you all about that.
Will expand tomorrow.
