Of COURSE when my drawings at work SAY they want an 80x80x6 plate with two holes for M12 Resin Anchors they REALLY want a 130x130x6 plate. WHY DON'T I GET THAT?

Other news - we had a new guy start today. His name is Tim. Being the TBE fangrrl I am I immiately wanted to call him 'Tiny Tim'.
But luckilybecause I'm a nosey cow I read his clock card and found out his surname is 'Small'.

Anyway, he's totally out of his depth, and can't do his maths. He is young. He shall learn. Or leave.
