I know this seems really...nothing...but...

The shoelace I've had tied around my wrist since I was 14 fell off today. For a moment I wasb like O M G. Because...just because. Then I had a moment of thinking 'I really should leave it off now, as work hate that I wear it and a bracelet' then I thought 'sod it! It's my shoelace! I'll wear it if I damn well want!'

So I had a short conversation with Jojo:

Elf: Will you tie my lace back on for me?"

JJ: MMnnnnn, okay.

Elf: Tie it in a reef knot.

JJ: A what?

Elf: A reef knot, NOT a granny knot.

JJ: o_O

Elf: *sigh* I'll tell you how to do it.

JJ: Okay.

Elf: Left, over right...under. Now right...over left...and under.

JJ: There.

Elf: That's a granny knot! GAAAHH

JJ: I'm not doing it again.

So I now have a granny knot. He will re-tie it later >_<

Just goes to show that the boys brigade didn't teach proper stuff like the Girl Guides did. we shall not mention that I was banned from that organisation for life because I learned how to tie knots when I was there!!
