fodder
Today in my nosebag I have had:
Muesli ( a little more than normal cos it was the end of the bag...and I hate not leaving a full portion...)
Four oatcakes (maybe three?)
1 bottle of high juice
3 mugs of tea
1 iced coffee (not the shop-bought sugary stuff, but a latte put in a coacktail shaker with ice, shaken 'til cold and poured out...no added sugar.)
1 pear
And for dins I'm having brown rice, a little tikka sauce, quorn, cauliflower, carrots and...other veges. And maybe some no-fat organic yghurt for afters, if I'm still needing something sweet and tasty.
>.<
I'm sort of enjoying the strict regime, actually, which i didn't think I would. Helps that my FAB local supermarket (ethnic place called 'Taj' is not only close, but cheap! My shopping today - 2 parathas, two pears and six brown pitta bread, all organic and non GM, cost me £2 !!
