So, Gary was a total cunt at work today, which didn't bother me as much as it might have done, cos I just couldn't be fucked with him.
I don't have time for his childish stupid behaviour. He was even calling me names behind my back today..except everyone just comes and tells me what he's said. Sad sad little man.
Anyway, given that he had nothing useful to say I barely said two words to him all day, which prolly made his mood worse, but I was beyond caring.
Other than that work was ok. My balconies all fit, although the site manager is worried 'they might deflect' WTF?? STUPID MAN. They's 7 centimetres of fucking STEEL BOX. Provided the wood flooring is more than about 2mm thick (and I've provided 48 mm of clearance for flooring, so the floor to rail height meets building regs) it will never deflect. CRETIN.
Anyway, means I'll have to add some bracing to them, when I arc up the last few bits.
Have given up on wearing my overalls at work. Too hot. So now am just wearing jeans, t-shirt (although there's more holes than t-shirt now, cos most of it's burnt away) and my leather sleeves. (Gold leather that fastens with elasticated velcro around my biceps and has elasticated cuffs) But they fall down when I work on the anvil etc and I look like I'm some sort of reject from 'Fame'...cos I've failed to get my legwarmers on the right limb. Will get a photo sometime, so you can check out my summer fashion statement.
