I found some freeware that meshes itself into the standard Mac DVD player and is a whole screengrabbing programme. It's fab, free and I can stick the grabs straight into photoshop. wooopydoo!
The only teenyweeny annoying thing about it is that the fast-forward button and rewind are the wrong way around! grrr.
And just to rub it in to
