Good things: work is going well, apart from the saga of the rings...as in, still missin 13 out of 25 ::facepalm:: and no, substituting two drilled plates for 13 laser cut rings doesn't work.
I might get a bit of a new job that came into the firm last week - a really old gate that's National Trust owned. They have to oversee the project, but we'll be making it all. Hopefully I'll get to help - it's all collared together, no welding (cos it's old) and needs 160 new scrolls and 140 twists. I was meant to make the twists last week, but Gary stepped in. ::strangles him::
Bad things: arc eye! Feels like someone dropped a bag of sand in my eyes. But will be better in the morning. (for those not in the know, arc-eye is when you burn the cornea with UV radiation...almost impossible to avoid at work. Gah.
Oh yeah, and I now have my ticket and flights booked for FedCon!! Weeheeeeee!!!
