To obtain a Missouri real estate salesperson license, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Complete 72 hours of approved pre-licensing education
Pass the Missouri real estate licensing exam
Submit fingerprints and pass a background check
Apply for licensure through the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC)

Yes. In Missouri, you must be sponsored by a licensed Missouri broker in order to activate your salesperson license.
This school is accredited by the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC). Per MREC regulations, course completion does not guarantee licensure. Students are responsible for meeting all state requirements, including background checks and timely application submission (within 6 months of course completion). Recruitment for any real estate brokerage is strictly prohibited on school premises or digital platforms during instruction.
