EKD (EnKoDeur-Mixer) was originally made only for encoding videos in divx, mpeg1 or motion jpeg, it has evolved to offer post-production operations for files and animated images. Regarding the pictures, EKD has batch processing (it can work with one or more images with no worries). EKD is licensed under the GNU / GPL version 3.
