Limp Biscuit
A card game created for the Brackeys Game Jam 2025.2
Inspired by Patient Rogue and Dungeon Raid
Card Types:
- Cookie: Once you draw this card you can click on it to dip it into your coffee. It has a melting limit and each turn brings it 1 step closer to melting. If you find and use the "EAT" card before it fully melts, you advance to the next level.
- EAT: Allows you to progress to the next level but only if there is a cookie in your coffee.
- Trash Cards: These are black-bordered cards. Each turn, they deal damage equal to the number shown in the top-left corner. If they take total damage equal to the number shown in the top-right corner, they are destroyed.
- Cleaning Cards: These are blue-bordered cards. They deal damage to Trash cards equal to the number shown in the top-left corner. They also have a usage limit shown in the top-right corner, which decreases by 1 each time you use them.
- Consumable Cards: These are red-bordered cards. After drawing them, you can click to use them. They provide various bonuses.
- Effect Cards: These are purple-bordered cards. When flipped for the first time, they apply positive or negative effects.
How to play:
-
Click on the face-down cards to flip them.
-
The "EAT" card only works if there is a cookie in your coffee.
-
If your coffee does not contain a cookie, you lose 1 health each turn.
- After dipping the "Cookie" card into the coffee, use the "EAT" card to progress through levels.
-
If there are Trash cards in the center, you lose health equal to their damage value each turn.
-
You can damage Trash cards either by clicking on them or by dragging Cleaning cards onto them.

Really enjoyed playing "Limp Biscuit." Took me a moment to get the hang of it, but once I did, a fun challenge. Excellent mechanics.
