The UMLP Timetable app gives you real-time access to your timetable and several university services, such as news, your library account, Campus Sports, your grades (if you are a student), and more.
Timetable data comes from the ADE Campus timetable software, and grades from the student services software. This is the same information you have through the university's online portal (ENT).
News and most services come from the university's communications department, and your library account comes from the university library's central documentation service.
You can register for sports activities with the Campus Sports service directly from the mobile app; your bookings will also appear in your schedule.
Timetable notifications are sent by the student services office of your department.

A widget is available for displaying the timetable directly on your home screen.

Once installed on your phone or tablet, you must launch the app to select your student groups and, if necessary, modify the settings.

To manually update the data, simply swipe down the displayed list.

If the room's GPS coordinates are entered in the ADE section, you can click on the class to get its location.

You can add the widget to your home screen either by long-pressing the screen or by going to the Applications/Widgets menu. You can then automatically synchronize the data with an update frequency that can be adjusted in the settings.
A short press on a line of the widget launches the application with access to the settings.
A short press on the widget header manually synchronizes the data.
The schedule data is prepared server-side to minimize data usage for limited data plans. A time restriction can also be configured to further limit this usage (approximately 2 to 3 MB per month with hourly updates between 7 AM and 7 PM).

- Authentication option to display the instructor's name and allow teachers to access their personal schedules
- Selectable schedule retrieval period (24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, 1 week, etc.)
- Geolocation of rooms if GPS coordinates are entered in ADE

- Dark theme support

- Resizable widget with a long press
- Scrollable list if not everything is displayed on the widget
- Customizable text, background, and title colors
- Selectable synchronization frequency (manual, every 5 minutes, ..., every 4 hours)
- Time restriction for updates
