Edlynne Laryea

An enterprise operator with operator depth and board-level judgment — trusted in complex, matrixed, politically demanding environments.

Edlynne Laryea works at the intersection of strategy, product, and commercial execution — partnering with product and engineering teams on innovation roadmaps and go-to-market strategy, and translating those bets into measurable growth. She brings a rare combination of P&L ownership, organizational design experience, and governance perspective to companies scaling revenue or modernizing through digital and AI transformation.

Her career spans strategy consulting at Monitor Group, brand and P&L leadership at Unilever and Labatt/Anheuser-Busch InBev, digital advisory at Syncapse, and senior operating roles at Johnson & Johnson and Meta — where she has led a $2B+ consumer platform business since 2019. She has directed $500M+ in global media investment, built and scaled a 75-person organization, and delivered 20% five-year CAGR.

She is particularly focused on helping organizations ask the right questions about AI — not about the technology itself, but whether the organization is actually set up to capture value from it. She calls this execution intelligence.

"I've sat in the brand P&L and transformation seat that management teams are in. Right now I'm particularly focused on helping leaders ask the right questions about AI — not the technology, but whether the organization is actually set up to capture value from it."

Edlynne is an independent board director, investor, and mentor to the next generation of women in leadership through the 92Y Women inPower program. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and serves on the Dean's Advisory Board at the Smith School of Business. A proud Canadian, she is based in New York City.
