Beginning of a Comfy Floof

───── ◦ ♡ ◦ ─────Eclairsu was a catgirl who grew up in a family of dogs. She had a dream of living on the moon, but was told that it was impossible for cats - let alone her - to go to the moon. Undeterred, she continued to search for a way to accomplish her dream.Eclairsu met an owlboy named Snowpaya, who shared her dream. He, too, wanted to fly to the moon, but the lack of atmosphere there meant he could not simply fly there. Yet he knew that it was possible to get to the moon.Together, they chased down several leads of magical wish-granting artifacts, hoping each one would answer their prayers. Someone from Eclairsu's family pointed them toward a rumor of an enchanted anchor in the forest that could take them. Eclairsu and Snowpaya found the wish-granting anchor, but it required parts of their soul as payment. To make up for the heavy price, the couple entered into a soulbinding marriage pact with each other to maintain at least one full soul.With the contract fulfilled, the anchor whisked Eclairsu and Snowpaya away into the sky, depositing them on the moon. once there, they found it populated by cats! Eclairsu took to caring for the different breeds of cats, even building a moon café to house them, called the "Floofy Catfé". One cat in particular, a maine coon cat named Waffles, caught Eclairsu's eye, and she adopted her.Now, the couple spends their time drinking coffee, relaxing with cats, and enjoying each other's company. But the story doesn't end here...

Ascension of a Celestial Princess

───── ◦ ♡ ◦ ─────Eclairsu was a catgirl who accomplished her dream of traveling to the moon alongside her husband, the owlboy Snowpaya. There, she set up a catfé for all the mooncats and herself. Over time, her thoughts turned to having another catgirl like herself, a child. Not more than three cycles since her journey began, Eclairsu and Snowpaya conceived a baby owlkitty girl just like her and Snow. But the experience of childbirth had profound physical and mental changes on Eclairsu.
The catgirl fought through her changes, raising and loving her daughter with every fiber of her being. While the daughter played with the moon cats, however, it was plain that she would need a sibling. Eclairsu and Snowpaya conceived a second child, but this time she fell deathly ill. The love of the mooncats, her husband, and her child were not enough to sustain her, and sunlight alone did not give her energy. To everyone's dismay, pure unfiltered sunlight radiated through her body before she had a chance to absorb it. A new source of energy was needed.
Snowpaya turned to moonlight instead, as the reflected sunlight carried a cooler, less radiative property than pure sunlight. Concentrated moonlight filled Eclairsu's body, warming her and keeping her from death. She carried her second child to term, and she birthed a baby owlkitty boy. With this newfound success, all of the moonlight stored in Eclairsu's body triggered a fantastic transformation physically, spiritually, and mentally. She had ascended.
Eclairsu was no longer a catgirl with a catfé on the moon. Like her home, she had become a celestial body, a celestial moon catgirl, immortal and beautiful. Her mooncats and husband welcomed her anew, and her children grew in her likeness as well as Snow’s. Together, they continued to expand the catfé, dine well, and enjoy each other's company. She spends her days cheering up anyone who chooses to enter and spend time in her Floofy Catfé.
