Correct - and this is what makes EasyConvert different. The conversion engine (ffmpeg compiled to WebAssembly) runs inside your browser, on your own computer. Your files never travel over the internet. We couldn't look at them even if we wanted to.
Your browser downloads the conversion engine (~31 MB) the first time. After that it's cached on your device, so future conversions start instantly - and even work offline.
Video: MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, MKV and most others as input. Animation: GIF. Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A. Images: JPG, PNG, WebP. Plus video compression. If your format isn't listed, try it anyway - the engine reads almost everything.

Because there's no upload, there's no upload limit. Your file is read directly from your disk. The practical ceiling is your browser's memory - roughly 2 GB output size.
