As a Campus Coordinator at Eastside, your primary objective will be to lead, pastor, and equip the teams that serve in Guest Services, Weekend Experience, and Hospitality, but will have a direct impact on creating a welcoming environment for people to gather, worship, and grow along their spiritual journeys. In addition, you will lead in the administrative efforts of the campus by being a champion of our volunteer processes and Eastside internal systems, collecting both offering and key metrics, and engaging in other essential tasks. Someone interested in the campus coordinator position should love God and people, maximize kingdom resources, and be gifted in administration and organization.

As the Director of Local Compassion at Eastside, you will serve at the intersection of mission, leadership, and community impact. This role is ideal for a relational, strategic leader who is passionate about loving neighbors well and creating meaningful pathways for the church to engage with local communities. You will help shape how Eastside shows up — internally and externally — through a posture of collaboration, discernment, and care. Someone in this position should love God and people, value partnership, steward resources thoughtfully, and be energized by developing people, telling stories of impact, and helping vision move from intention to action.

Kidside Coordinator

The Kidside Coordinator will be responsible for serving the church by assisting in the development, coordination and administration of an effective ministry to meet the needs of birth – 5th grade aged children of the church and providing leadership to and supervision of volunteers involved in this ministry.
