The most memorable wine stories happens through amazing experiences, lively conversation, and intimate moments. That is exactly what the Secret Tasting was, a special evening that launched the countdown to the 11th edition of WineOS.

It all began in the city center, on Ante Starčević Square, where the guests headed to their final destination by a special wine bus. It was clear from the start that this was going to be a very special evening that exceeded any expectations.

Despite the freezing rain that fell in Osijek, the welcome glasses of fine sparkling wines quickly assured everyone hat it was going to be an evening filled with good wines, conversation, and surprises.

The host of the third Secret Wine Tasting was the Osijek Cultural Center, whose modern and elegant space served as the perfect backdrop for what was in the spotlight — some of the best wines of the region. Before fifty guests, people from the social, cultural, and public life of eastern Croatia, Graševina Croatica’s winemakers presented their specially selected wines.

The guided tasting was relaxed and fun. Each guest had the freedom to discover their own preferences and return to those favorites, sharing their impressions. Their glasses overflowed with conversation about the wines tasted during the evening to WineOS, a media-favorite event that attracts a broader audience year after year.

The atmosphere of the Secret Tasting was made even more special by enhancements that made a big difference. Maya Water provided refreshment between the wines, while Florista Flower Shop’s elegant arrangements added an additional touch of sophistication and warmth.

However, the most beautiful part of the evening were the people. A diverse but harmonious group, connected by great wine and even better energy, created an unforgettable experience. The combination of wine and ambience is the charm of the Secret Tasting as an intimate but powerful introduction to WineOS, which has been building its recognition through eno-gastro experiences as well as educational content for years.

For the 11th time, WineOS will transform Osijek into the center of the wine world on January 16 and 17, 2026 at the Gospodarski centar Osječko-baranjske županije (Economic Center of Osijek-Baranja County), a place where wine is not only tasted, but also lives through the experiences of wine lovers, hedonists, and the curious. Masterclasses, meetings, conversations, and tastings of wines, spirits, and culinary delicacies make this fair an event that guests return to time and time again.
