Teamwork and communication Earl Woo

Working well with my team members and communicating clearly in any situation were a daily requirement. Whether it was refilling the water bottle of a teammate who fell into the "weeds", running to the back storage to help replace a keg for the bar; helping each other out and having a teammate's back has become second nature. Years of interacting face-to-face with guests, coordinating the orders of multiple tables and guests with the bar, kitchen, and managers, in a often hectic and stressful enviornment, have truly made my interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and expressively my greatest strengths.

Motivated to learn and improve

Starting as a bus boy, to eventually being responsible for a restaurant's front-of-house team, I have a passion to learn and improve as much as I can. Learning to bartend, how to make sushi, or attaining my sommelier certificate, were possible because I try my best to absorb then apply lessons and traits of great coworkers, managers, and employees. I am confident my desire to grow and learn will be invaluable for a role in which technologies and languages are constantly evolving.
