Referral Rewards Form

Referral must be a NEW client with Eagle Point Solar. Referral Rewards “form” must be submitted before delivery of Solar Analysis report. Referrals currently in communication with other Eagle Point Solar Energy consultants and/or employees does not constitute as a new referral. The referral fee is paid upon a signed contract/per contact, W-9 and down payment being received. Eagle Point Solar Management retains the right to review and Approval/Denial of Referral Rewards program submission. Read our Referral Rewards Program Terms & Conditions for submission details.

Submission of a W-9 must be completed prior to contract signing and can be emailed to sales@eaglepointsolar.com, mailed to Eagle Point Solar headquarters or submitted to a Solar Energy Consultant. You can download the IRS W-9 form here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
