Ugh, so today I went to go see my friend's play (I ran into her 2 days ago (we haven't talked in AAAAAAAAGES) and she asked me to come so we could "catch up" and stuff!) and I got there at 9:33, and the show started at 9:30, suposedly, and I wasn't allowed in! GOODTIMES! So, I'm either going to go tomorrow (at like 2pm? - I have NOTHING TO DO IN THE LAB TOMORROWZ! :() or Thursday at 9:30PM!
I emailed another prof about meeting up in Montreal and they said "hellz yeah" to me as well! That makes 2 profs! I'm pretty pumped! This one even asked for my CV (basically a resume) and two letters of reference! Neat, huh? I'm so excited I could just about burst at the seams!
Speaking of bursting, I fit into a size of clothing, today, that I haven't fit into in like 5 years! I guess it's the opposite of bursting! And it's pretty grande!
Two people told me that I look "great" in the past two days. Of course, those two people were womynz. W/E.
Today at Superstore, I'm pretty sure the cashier was FLIRTING WITH ME! WTFFFFFFFF?! He was like "heyyyyyyyyy! you forgot the "1" at the end of your code for raisins!" and made this highly exaggerated sigh! I was like "*giggle* SORRY!" and he's like "well, you're lucky i know what i'm doing!" or something gay! And I just wanted to ask "just so I know, is this what flirting is like?" but I didn't ask, so I guess I'll never know, but I'm pretty sure that was flirting... He was like 16, so give him a break, OK?
Did I tell you guys I got my iAudio in the mail? OK, it's really great! I bought a cover for it already, and so I'm basically all iaudio'd up! I just can't seem to love it any more than I already do! The gap between songs is SO SHORT that listening to In The Aeroplane actually isn't painful! The radio feature is nice, but it doesn't pick up the university station, unfortunately! The video feature is just... wow! It looks really fucking great! I just need to figure out how to get all of Morrissey's videos on there! It's only a 30GB player, but I've put all my favourite albums on there, and I've still got 10GB free! It helps that I only listen to NMH and MIA, right?
And, you can make playlists on the fly! That's sort of... amazong! The only complaint I have is that, you can't search for songs, or artists or albums or genres! Like, you have to organize all your files yourself, because it's basically just a harddisk! So, I do mine like: Artist --> Album --> Tracks. But, there's no spot for genre, which is gay! And also, some of my files are unorganized, so they're just in the main MUSIC folder, which is also gay! And imagine people who don't organise any of their files! Everything would be so random! It would be like a huge ipod shuffle! Lame!
I don't know why I don't really update that much anymore... I think I'm just getting SO SICK of this username! I'm really looking forward to mid october when this account runs out and I can move to
funiculus! And, at that time, if any of you are like "zomg, my chance has come at last" you can definitely defriend me! I'm not ASKING people to do so, I'm just saying: life is short, LJ is not srs bizness, so just defriend, or friend or w/e!

And all of yous in the UK need to really listen to Hot Chip cause they are most definitely my favourite UK band at the mo! And, Do You Party & all of Zoot Woman's stuff, are so out of print everywhere! SO IT'S GRATE THAT I CAN FIND THEM ON EBAY! After that, I've really got very little "catching up" to do, in terms of albums I love that I have downloaded but don't own!
