\nCommunication
\nrequires that all parties understand a common language that is exchanged.
\nCommunication starts from the sender to the receiver and back to the sender.
\nThe process begins with: <\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u2022 Thought: <\/b>Information exists in the mind of the
\nsender. This can be a concept, idea, information or feelings. <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Encoding: <\/b>A message is sent to a receiver in words
\nor other symbols. <\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u2022 Decoding: <\/b>Lastly, the receiver transmits the words
\nor symbols into a concept or information that he or she can understand. During
\nthe transmitting of the message, two processes (content and context) will be
\nreceived by the receiver. <\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u2022 Content: <\/b>Is the actual words or symbols of the
\nmessage, which is known as language (the spoken and written words) combined
\ninto phrases that make grammatical and semantic sense. <\/span><\/div>\n
\n\u2022 Context: <\/b>Is the way the message is delivered and is
\nknown as Para-language. It includes the tone of voice, the look in the sender\u2019s
\neyes, body language, hand gestures, and state of emotions (anger, fear,
