Enters and updates technical and non-technical data into the EDMS (product data system), Hard Copy Documentation Centers, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dutable.com\/category\/finance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Master Database Index<\/a><\/strong>, Intranet and the Retention Centre. Support the UN Projects Manage the by providing Information Management controls on all transmitted and distributed technical data and responsible for inputting and managing Documents into the EDMS database.<br>Generate all Information Technical reports and provide on the job cross training to junior staff. Carry out all scanning of documents and index the data into UN\u2019s EDMS Database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other Duties document controller include preparation of on-going weekly reports, prepare pre-drafts of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dutable.com\/top-7-data-entry-tools-to-automate-your-workflows-in-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Information Process Workflows<\/a><\/strong>, minutes of meetings and interface with customers to address issues, clarifications and deliver the products in a timely fashion.<br>Assists in retrieving drawings and documents (electronic and hardcopy versions).<br>Assists in locating\/searching for documents\/drawings. Follows the appropriate processes to determine the required drawings and\/or documents to fulfill a client\u2019s need and also follow steps to locate\/acquire the information.<br>Adding revised or new drawings and documents to the various Upstream Nigeria\u2019s document storage locations. Assist in full cataloguing of all new drawings and\/or documents.
