The Retirement Benefit Authority (RBA) is a State Corporation set up to regulate and supervise the retirement benefit sector in Kenya.<\/p>\n
RBA is established through the Retirement Benefit Act (No. 3 of 1997)<\/p>\n

\nLeave Management
\n\u2022 To ensure all departments submit annual leave data timely
\n\u2022 To update leave record for all staff and generate status reports
\n\u2022 Analyse attendance and leave records and generate reports on trends for management action<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 General office management of office, correspondences and ensure proper filing of documents
\n\u2022 To track and advice Management on administrative matters of staff and their benefits in line with their contract provisions
\n\u2022 To provide all necessary data on staff that may be needed to aid decision making
\n\u2022 To liaise with the Human Resources Officer and ensure that all files have relevant correspondence: appointment letters, confirmation, transfer, retirement, acceptance letters etc
\n\u2022 To ensure that employees applying for loans and other benefits are within guidelines<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Liaise with the Human Resources officer in the coordination and preparation of Training activities in the organization
\n\u2022 Coordinate in the Training reviews for staff and generation of Training reports<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Liaise with the HR officer in execution of Employee relations activities in the organization and in the preparation of the relevant reports.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Min: Degree in Human Resources or , Social Sciences)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ideal: Professional Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
