The Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK) is a local NGO providing comprehensive rehabilitation services with the aim of empowering persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The APDK Nairobi branch, seeks to fill the following vacancy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Maintain a detailed database of appliances issued to clients via various funds availed by donors to APDK.
\u2022 To coordinate the generation of donor reports by maintaining up-to-date spread sheets on items donated to various needy clients thought our branch networks.
\u2022 Maintain proper and up-to-date records of all clients sponsored
\u2022 Work closely with the production department, stores and accounts to make sure items produced and issued a duly recorded and invoiced.
\u2022 Review documents submitted for donor funding and confirm all necessary information is captured before final submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A Diploma in Business Administration and management or CPA part II. A degree in Business Administration and Management or Accounting will be an added advantage.
\u2022 Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
\u2022 Above average knowledge of the use of excel spread sheets , Microsoft word, Access, outlook and sage accounting programme will be an added advantage.
\u2022 Able to work with minimum supervision and meet strict deadlines in reporting to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
