The successful candidate will be responsible for:
\u2022 Analyzing front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
\u2022 Gathering and understanding client functional requirements
\u2022 Performing gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
\u2022 Configuring the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK
\u2022 Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
\u2022 Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
\u2022 Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office\/ERP applications
\u2022 Assist in Developing data conversion and testing strategies <\/p>\n
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
\u2022 A bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems \/Computer Science with a bias toward systems development.
\u2022 2 yrs Experience developing desktop and web applications using C # and\/or Visual Basic.NET and XML languages.
\u2022 Familiarity with Visual Studio .NET development environment would be an added advantage.
\u2022 Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Relational Database Management System with the ability to develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
\u2022 Previous experience working with a CRM would be an advantage<\/p>\n
