Position Summary
We are looking for experienced individuals with passion and commitment for the position of: Customer Service Representative<\/p>\n
Training will be provided to equip the job holder with the necessary knowledge and competencies to effectively carry out this job.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:-
\u2022 Maintain customer experience levels within the quality standards stipulated.
\u2022 Handle objections by building rapport with customers.
\u2022 Update information onto the CRM.
\u2022 Adhere to Data Protection policy with regards to confidentiality of customer details.
\u2022 Recognise opportunities for cross selling to customers, by advising on new and existing services which may suit their requirements.
\u2022 Patiently listens and responds to customer queries.
\u2022 Understand and adhere to the escalation process.
\u2022 Provide peer support to other Customer Service Representatives in an effort to improve overall team performance<\/p>\n
Education and experience:
\u2022 A Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution, however Bachelor holders will have an added advantage
\u2022 Fluent in the English Language (neutral and clear accent)
\u2022 Good typing and IT literacy skills<\/p>\n
Key competencies and attributes:
\u2022 Remains calm when faced with difficulty or angry customers.
\u2022 Flexible to work day and night shift hours.<\/p>\n
