\nJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Manage the entire range of the Agency\u2019s training & learning activities
\n\u2022 Initiate and cultivate relationships\/alliances with relevant bodies and organizations (within and outside the country).
\n\u2022 Develop a comprehensive & marketable information pack for the Agency\u2019s educational<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Manage examinations income & expenditure in line with budgets and approved standards.
\n\u2022 Manage departmental income & expenditure in order to ensure that budgets and standards are adhered to<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of Masters degree in Numerate Science or related field (background in education, an advanced degree in Management or other higher degrees will be an added advantage) with a minimum of 15 years work experience (previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage)
\n\u2022 Financial planning & management, business development & marketing skills
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal relationship and ability to work under minimal supervision
\n\u2022 IT competence with use of the Internet as an information resource<\/p>\n
