{"id":18212,"date":"2011-02-10T13:33:00","date_gmt":"2011-02-10T12:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dutable.com\/2011\/02\/10\/recruitment-for-circulation-operations\/"},"modified":"2026-02-17T15:09:08","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T14:09:08","slug":"recruitment-for-circulation-operations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dutable.com\/recruitment-for-circulation-operations\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment for Circulation Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;Job Title: Circulation Operations Manager <br>Reporting to the Circulation Manager,\n<p>The jobholder will be responsible for,<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Ensuring adequate bookings &amp; supplies of all products to the market.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating the subscription database and using it to control subscription debt.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the sales team to set the overall print order &amp; ensuring that the booking sheet and strip lists are produced &amp; availed to production within set deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring daily market arrival times &amp; making appropriate reports to management.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring daily returns levels and ensuring that the agreed returns handling policies are enforced.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring 24-hour turnaround time of all customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the dispatch process; eliminating cases of short packs, non-deliveries and misdrops.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the operations stay within approved budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting subscription sales and following up to ensure subscribers\u2019 orders are delivered on time and accurately to enhance customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring zero tolerance of paper pilferage.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing circulation operational policies in full and on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<br>A bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n<p>Experience<br>3 years relevant work experience preferably in the Media Industry or a busy commercial environment.<\/p>\n<p>Skills<br>Good report &nbsp;writing and analytical skills.<br>Strong attention to detail.<br>Very cost conscious and drive for the top line<br>Good interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>MPL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
