Due to fast and sustained growth, our client, a manufacturing company, requires a suitable candidate to fill in the following position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Attending to all administrative functions in the CEO\u2019s office
\u2022 Preparing and planning for the CEO\u2019s work schedules
\u2022 Organizing and preparing schedules for Board Meetings and liaising with all board members
\u2022 Preparing and typing documents for Board presentations
\u2022 Providing technical and general administration duties for various projects
\u2022 Providing secretarial services during management meetings
\u2022 Handling general inquiries and directing them to the relevant managers
\u2022 Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
\u2022 Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
\u2022 Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
\u2022 Organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
\u2022 Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
\u2022 Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
\u2022 And other duties that may be assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualification
\u2022 Diploma in relevant field and customer service orientation
\u2022 2 years experience in the same field
\u2022 Good keyboard skills
\u2022 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
\u2022 Understand the necessity of confidentiality
\u2022 Ability to work with diversity and stress tolerance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
