Successful candidates will render a variety of services including dealing with clients through application of knowledge about our company, its products and services. \u2022 Call Businesses to identify, capture, populate, moderate and manage quality online business listings.
\n\u2022 Business owner education and marketing of Mocality.com (including educating existing and prospective customers on how Mocality works).
\n\u2022 Produces daily and weekly activity plans and report this activity and challenges to Team leaders.
\n\u2022 Provide leads from conversation with business owners to Sales and Marketing team.
\n\u2022 Provide customer support and service delivery to existing and prospective Mocality customers both business owners and users.
\n\u2022 Builds a defined working procedure according to guidelines.
\n\u2022 You will be required to set up business accounts on the Mocality web site and tracks utilization of available tools.
\n\u2022 Share ideas on improving the quality of service on the phone and the website.
\n\u2022 Responsible for meeting daily and weekly targets set by Line Manager.
\n\u2022 Participates in weekly team meetings and early morning stand up meetings.
\n\u2022 Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
\n\u2022 Organize yourself and take responsibility to ensure that team targets are met.
\n\u2022 Consistent attendance to meetings on time and punctual to start working.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor Degree preferably in Business\/Marketing or IT related field.
\n\u2022 A self-starter always looking to complete assigned work.
\n\u2022 Competent in writing reports.
\n\u2022 Good communicator and fluent in English and Kiswahili
\n\u2022 Team player and goal oriented.
\n\u2022 Experience in data verification and customer service is an added advantage.
\n\u2022 Positive and hardworking attitude.
\n\u2022 Able to work to targets and deadlines.
\n\u2022 Ability to convince and influence people.<\/p>\n
