Mohammed is the Group's Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, a role he has held since joining the Group in November 2020. Prior to this, Mohammed retired from the partnership of a top-five global law firm, CMS where he had been trusted counsel to dubizzle and Bayut and several other high-growth technology companies on market-defining transactions. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Leeds, UK and a Masters in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Vlad Danciu is Dubizzle Group’s Head of Engineering and the CEO of Sector Labs, the amazing tech team that drives our portals. He has a degree in Automation Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj, Romania. His experience comes from building and leading software development teams in various sectors as well as starting his own company.

Haroon Rashid is the CEO of Dubizzle Egypt, driving the expansion of both dubizzle and Bayut in the Egyptian market. He is also leading the integration and growth of Hatla2ee, a recently acquired cars vertical platform, to strengthen the company’s foothold in the automotive sector. With over 20 years of experience in technology, e-commerce, and real estate, Haroon has held executive roles at PayPal and eBay, and co-founded Yotascale, a Series B-funded startup based in Silicon Valley. His extensive experience in scaling businesses and driving digital transformation remains a key factor in the successful growth of Dubizzle Egypt. Haroon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Nicolas is the Chief Strategy Officer for Bayut & dubizzle UAE, focusing on supporting its strategic growth as well as continued functional improvements through different transformation initiatives. With a CFA charter and CPA qualification, he is a seasoned finance professional with 25 years of geographically diverse experience across multiple industries – financial audit, banking, energy, real estate, and tech – with companies such as Intergen, PwC, and Deutsche Bank.

Ovidiu Sabou is the CTO of Dubizzle Group and Sector Labs. His career has revolved around software development. After graduating from Babes Bolyai University of Cluj, Romania, with a BSc in Computer Science and MSc in Intelligent Systems, he spent two years in the local startup scene, then worked for a vertical market software conglomerate.

Surya Raviganesh joined Dubizzle Group as VP of Corporate Development in March 2023 with more than a decade of experience in investment banking and private equity. Previously, Surya was a senior investment banker at CitiGroup in London, where he led the Series E fundraising round for Dubizzle Group. Prior to this, he was the GM of Corporate Development for Car Group (ASX:CAR), the world’s largest digital automotive marketplace. Surya holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s in Finance from RMIT University, and is undertaking Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Suzanne Gandy is the HR Leader at Dubizzle who has led to the organization being certified a ‘Great Place to Work’ across three countries. Suzanne has worked in HR leadership in the UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia for over two decades. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master’s in Strategic Human Resource Management and a BSc in Psychology. She is a graduate of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and was previously a regular serving Army Officer in the Royal Logistic Corps of the British Army.

Areeb Pasha is the Group's CFO, a role he has held since May 2025. Previously, he was the Deputy CFO of the Group. Prior to joining the Group, he worked for Big Four accounting firms including Deloitte and EY across Europe and the wider Middle East and North Africa region. Areeb holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, an MBA degree from the University of Europe, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAS (The Professional Body of Chartered Accountants), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) USA.
