Dismantling Systemic Racism 2026: The Journey to an Empowered Future
You are invited to participate as a vendor/resource exhibitor at the "2026 Dismantling Systemic Racism Conference: The Journey to an Empowered Future". This event is scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2026 at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale, New Haven, CT.
Anticipated registration for this conference is approximately 500 participants. The audience will include educators, parents and families, community members, business leaders, high school students and all who play a role in a child’s life. Conference information can be found at https://ctserc.org/conference.
Conference registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants will be given several opportunities throughout the day to visit the vendor/exhibitor tables. The conference will conclude at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Vendor fees cover lunch for one person and a display space with either one 6-foot table at $130.00 ($140.00 with electricity), or two 6-foot tables at $170.00 (electricity included). Exhibitors must register additional attendees and pay the vendor fee of $95.00 for each person from your company or organization.
If you cannot attend but wish to have company catalogs and other literature on display, the fee is $30.00. These materials must be delivered to SERC in Waterbury on or before April 30, 2026. You will receive an email confirming the status of your delivery upon arrival.
Vendors are accepted through Eventbrite on a first-come, first-served basis; however, SERC reserves the right to withdraw and refund registration from any entity that does not support the goals of the conference.
Please note: If your agency is unable to pay by credit card, please reach out to the assigned project specialist for instructions on how to register and where to send the copy of the purchase order to complete registration.
