1. Service

drakkar.one provides an embeddable map widget service. You create map widgets through our dashboard at dash.drakkar.one and embed them on your website using a JavaScript snippet served from cdn.drakkar.one.

2. Account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). The drakkar.one widget software, dashboard, and branding are the property of drakkar.one.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

6. Pricing and Payment

A free tier is available with drakkar.one branding. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed at drakkar.one/pricing. We may change prices with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your widget configurations will be removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, drakkar.one is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
